Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) Review

Lubrication is the cornerstone of any reliability-focused program. Attendees of this three-day course will learn how to evaluate and select lubricants, recommend changes, consolidate inventories, conduct a lube survey, and create and manage a used-lubricant analysis program. Among the technologies covered are bearings and gears, pneumatics and fluid power, fluid conditioning and analysis, and seals. This course was developed specifically to prepare candidates for the Certified Lubrication Specialist exam.
About Ray Thibault:
Ray Thibault retired from ExxonMobil with 31 years of service in 2001 to form LTC, a lubrication training & consulting company. He has done extensive training and consulting for many leading companies, including Chevron, ExxonMobil, Shell, ConocoPhillips and Valero. He conducts on-site customized training and optimizes lubricant programs, with a specialty in oil analysis. Thibault is a Contributing Editor at Lubrication Management & Technology magazine.
