Speaker Resources
MARTS seeks qualified industry practitioners and consultants to present during the Conference program. Conference presentations are scheduled to fill 30, 60-minute periods over two days (Tuesday and Wednesday, March 13 and 14, 2012). Presentations should be approximately 45 minutes long, with 15 minutes for Q&A, and should be accompanied by a PowerPoint program.
MARTS Conference presentations cannot be promotional. They must address the needs of the MARTS audience and answer questions plant professionals might have, such as those relating to maintenance, reliability, repairability, sustainability, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance and others. Presentations deemed too commercial will not be accepted. MARTS Conference presentations should fit into one of the categories listed below, though others will be considered.
MARTS CONFERENCE CATEGORIES
Data Management—in-depth focus on understanding and use of computer-based systems and programs
Green—energy, environmental and sustainability issues
Lubrication—lubrication-related issues, including procedures, technologies and products
Maintenance & Reliability—in-depth focus on implementation of maintenance and reliability programs
Special—topics of industry-wide interest, such as the skilled-labor shortage and global competitiveness; often presented by experts outside of manufacturing.
